Eco Villas Limited was officially launched by Andrea Colucci in October 2008, and it took him more than one year of hard work and  determination, to identify an appropriate plot of land, to obtain the needed authorizations and licences, and to import, to build the basement, and to assemble the first Eco Villa house, which is presently the office/show room of the company. Most of the teething issues have been overcome! and some issues have been identified and will be taken care of in the future construction Real Estate Services has carefully considered and adopted the interesting concept and has decided to join the company Eco Villas LTD. Since January 2011, Andrea and Michel have joined their expertise and efforts to provide to the Seychelles market, a product which is being built every day on the Italian market and meets the demanding European standards. Eco Villas is offering products having an excellent ratio price/quality, which are relatively quickly built.
