Quiet, secure, comfortable, at a few minutes from the 4.5 km long Beau Vallon Beach.

The studio is at a few minutes from famous restaurants such as le Corsaire, la Scala, la Perle Noire and other fun places such as the Berjaya hotel or the Coral Strand and others.

The studio in the "tower" on the side of the main part of the house. There is a separate entrance.
 

 

The next 3 pictures show you part of the property which is surrendered by a generous vegetation. A small river crosses the property and a pound is full of fish which are waiting for your old bread crunches.

An easy staircase will bring you to a open area and the studio
 

 

On the right side an open area, which is very convenient to hang your wet clothes and towels, to relax out of the studio. See the next two pictures.
 
 

 

The studio is a large square, "a tower", with windows on 3 sides, -mosquito nets on all windows-,  having quite a lot of hidden space to keep your clothes and suitcases in an orderly manner.

 
 

 
 

 

 

The equipment: fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster, and the necessary utensils, toaster, kettle, etc.

Washing machine, air-conditioning,

TV with cable and internet connection.
 

 

 

The bathroom is compact and equipped with a shower, a bidet, washing basin and toilet.

The linen are provided but not the beach towels.
 
Do not hesitate to request information if you wish to rent this studio for a few days, a week or more, or even a few months.
